Christ Church is part of the Halifax Circuit 27/1 of the Methodist Church
and the Yorkshire Synod of the United Reformed Church.
We value the heritage of both parent denominations and our structure
preserves aspects of both traditions.
Christ Church has a Leadership Team which combines the functions of URC
Elders and Methodist Stewards and Councillors. These are the managing trustees
of Christ Church and as such are responsible for all matters concerning
Safeguarding, Finance and Property.
Christ Church currently has ministry provided by the United Reformed
Church.

In the first instance, pastoral care is provided through the pastoral
visitors although we are greatly blessed to have the services of a part-time
Pastoral Lay-employee, Miss Ruth Needham.
